  • I didn't get a confirmation email!

    Please check your junk folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still lost, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!

  • When will my order ship out?

    All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one to two days a week.

    It’s just me running this ship, so thank you for your patience!

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders are shipped from US. After receiving “shipped” status please allow up to 3-7 business days if you’re ordering from US.

    For Canada, after receiving “shipped” status please allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive your order.

    UPS is my go-to provider so far for Canada orders as they seem to be most efficient with delivery time, liability, and pricing.

  • Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

    Unfortunately, not :( — please place your orders mindfully as I do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Thank you for understanding!

  • My Package is damaged or missing!

    If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control.

    If it has been longer than the shipping times listed above (see: “when will my order arrive?” question) and you believe your package is missing, you can reach out to me via email and we can try to sort something out. Missing packages usually make their way back to me.

  • Im missing something in my order...

    My apologies! Sometimes I can make mistakes while packing, please send me an email and I’ll be sure to ship out your missing items as soon as I can!

  • Shipping fees/taxes?

    Options for shipping, and additional fees/taxes will apply to orders during checkout. Options are very limited at this moment!

    Note: Squarespace has an automated system that calculates shipping fees. I opted OUT of using this, as the automated system creates ridiculously high shipping fees! I don’t want to overcharge customers for simple prints upon checkout. Thank you for understanding!

  • You dont ship in my area :(

    Reach out to me via email and I will try to add it to my shipping list. Currently, only US shipping is available as I only have myself to teach, “how to ship items internationally/through customs”. Thank you for your patience and understanding! I will do my best!
